This class is designed to restore balance through gentle movement and breath work. All done at your desk and chair.

We focus on poses to improve posture and release tension in the neck, shoulders, and wrists from typing, along with movements to open the back and hips from prolonged sitting.
Yoga on the Mat (30-60 min)

A combination of hatha and yin yoga that helps reduce stress, improve posture, and build strength and flexibility.

This session combines movement and breath to help you feel more grounded, present, and refreshed.
Optional Add on: End the session with a calming guided meditation.
